This 10 week course introduces you to the basics of horse care. It’s a great stepping-stone for people who are keen to work with horses, but don’t have previous experience.
The purpose is to introduce basic Carpentry and Joinery skills and knowledge to those who have either no, or very little, prior experience. This is an introductory Carpentry and Joinery course is run over 12 weeks, 3 hours each session (Tuesdays) and is aimed at adults, aged 19+, who have an interest in improving their home or might be interested in progressing onto our full time course.
This course provides an ideal opportunity for anyone wishing to start their journey of working or volunteering in schools. It covers areas such as how to support the well-being of a child or young person and child and young person development. It prepares learners for further learning and training whilst developing an understanding of the teaching and learning environment in a school setting.
