Our unique Engineering Pathway is specially designed to take you to University for your dream degree! This Pathway includes mandatory A Levels in Physics and Mathmatics, plus one additional subject of your choice. Our ED6 Pathways are supported by academic, extracurricular and work experience opportunities to develop you and your skillset!

This qualification covers the fundamental skills and knowledge required for Engineering Technicians within the industry, the units will mainly be delivered within a classroom environment and some workshop sessions.

The Level 2 Engineering Operations (skills) course has been designed to equip learners with essential foundation skills, developing both the practical skills and theoretical knowledge essential for success in the field of engineering.

This course is designed for students new to the construction sector and who have an interest in painting and decorating, providing a basic introduction to decorating skills.

This course will provide you with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of metalworking techniques, advanced skills in fabrication and welding techniques, and an understanding of the importance of health and safety in the workplace.

This Level 2 course will help you perfect skills such as applying paint materials by brush and roller, standard wallpapers to non-complex walls, decorative finishes and paint materials by HVLP spray. The main focus of the level 2 programme is to enhance skills, knowledge and behaviours ready for industry. Sessions will be delivered in both a workshop environment (for practical work) and a classroom environment (for theory work). Also incorporated into the study programme will be maths & English, tutorial, work experience, academic tutorial and relevant trips & guest visits.
